In San Diego, California, a peculiar situation involving a semi truck occurred on a Stockton freeway Monday night.

A semi truck was on the transition ramp from the eastbound 94 to the southbound 15 when it lost control and careened off the right shoulder of the highway.

The driver admitted that he probably had taken the ramp too fast.

CBS 8 reported that the truck driver was uninjured.

A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the 70,000-pound vehicle.
