On Friday, a driver live-streamed a truck burning at a Flying J truck stop in Laredo, Texas.
The video was streamed by Rick Boucher and shared on the Twisted Truckers Facebook page.
According to the Boucher, the truck caught fire at the Flying J’s fuel island, but the driver was able to move the flaming truck away from the pumps and dropped the trailer on the side of a nearby street, away from harms way.
According to a state trooper, the truck was hauling a shipment of cookies from Mexico, which also caught fire. It doesn’t appear that anyone was hurt. Kudos to the driver who had the wherewithal to get away from the fuel pumps as soon as he noticed the trailer fire.
