A truck driver driving down Highway 1 in Coquitlam, British Columbia, was almost impaled by his own load.

The incident occured on Friday, October 24th. The driver of the truck crashed into a car in front of him on the Canadian highway causing his load to slide right through the back of his cab.

The driver was understandably shaken up, but only suffered minor scratches.

Routes were not closed off for the Port Mann Bridge but traffic saw heavy build up.
