Earlier this week, truck driver Larry Ron Bowen was sentenced after pleading guilty to trading the load he was hauling for crack cocaine. Clearly, it was a pretty pricey high, considering that he was carrying $50,000 worth of lunch meat.

The driver was sentenced to a year of rehab and six years of probation, as well as being required to pay $18,500 in restitution.

After the driver went missing, his company used the truck’s GPS to locate the truck in a Memphis truck stop, and found the driver nearby. According to reports, Bowen told police that he “inadvertently” traded the contents of the trailer for drugs.

The exact amount of lunch meat traded or drugs acquired has not been released.
