A truck driver was traveling at a slow rate of speed when he suffered a medical emergency and crashed into the drive through of a Dunkin’ Donuts store earlier this week.
The incident took place in Boston, Massachusetts on Monday.
Fire Chief John Quatieri says the driver was on the floor, outside of the truck, when responders arrived. “The driver was unconscious on the ground next to the truck when we pulled up,” he said.
According to KVDR, the driver woke up in the ambulance and did not have any recollection of the incident.
Roughly 25 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the truck as a result of the crash.
The driver’s name or condition has not been released.
