A 28-year-old man was arrested after shooting a truck driver in the face in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Nov 12th.

The victim was 58-year-old driver was from River Falls, Wisconsin.

He was found sleeping in his truck by Kelly Anderson and was then told to get out the truck at gun point. Falls was then hit multiple times and shot him in the face.

According to authorities, Anderson supposedly crashed his vehicle after a night of drinking at Cowboy Jack’s and wandered his way to the parking lot of Jerry’s food.

That’s where he found River Falls sleeping in his truck. He was later found walking down Highway 168 by a state trooper who noticed he was drunk. Anderson first told the officers that his car was stolen at gunpoint.

It wasn’t until later that Anderson confessed to crashing his car and confessed to the shooting of River Falls. Aderson’s first court appearance took place on Thursday, Nov 13th, he was charged with first degree attempted murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bond.
