A semi truck got stuck under a bridge in Indiana earlier this week, causing significant traffic delays.
It happened at the Louisiana Street bridge in Indianapolis, on Monday afternoon.
According to WISHTV.com, the driver told police that he “was following his GPS and did not pay attention to the signs.” The bridge is marked with a 12’11” height clearance, several inches shorter than the height of a typical semi trailer.
No one was injured in the incident. A stretch of the roadway between Meridian St. and Louisiana St. was closed, but reopened several hours later.
