The owner of a small Florida trucking company says a new hire drove off with his first load and disappeared.
According to owner Michael Jay Clark, driver Will Jackson passed a drug test and background check and was assigned to deliver a load of potatoes.
Clark says the driver, Will Jackson, ignored all phone calls after leaving. His only communication was a text message saying his phone got wet and that he was on his way to deliver the load. But the load never arrived to its destination and the truck, trailer, and driver completely vanished.
“I watched him drive away from a TA in Jacksonville at 11 p.m. on Sunday, February 14th” said Clark. “He signed on and just stole the truck, reefer trailer, and cargo.”

A warrant for first degree grand theft of over $100,000 was issued on February 16th. The truck and trailer, a blue Kenworth T700 and a 53′ Utility reefer trailer with a Thermo King unit, were added to the stolen vehicle database.
The truck is marked with the following information: ALLTRANSOL LLC DOT 2628297 Holiday FL
