Truck Driver Deemed At Fault. Could It Have Been Avoided?

Livetrucking.com reader, Murray G., recently sent in this footage of a accident with an SUV, where he was deemed 100% at fault.

While driving in front of his truck, the SUV quickly changes lanes and then back in front of the rig while braking for a traffic light. Not being able to stop his semi in time, Murray bumps the SUV from behind.

Even though his dashcam caught the reckless move by the SUV, his insurance company says it was 100% preventable and that Murray was completely at fault.
