A truck driver was awarded $2.2 million dollars by a New York judge after enduring months of sexual and racial harassment from his former employer.

Balter Sales Co. was ordered to pay the large settlement to truck driver Raymond Rosas, who was fired from the company in 2012.

In the lawsuit, Rosas claimed that his boss, Barry Rosenberg, drew pictures of penises on his paycheck “almost every week.”

Rosas also said that Rosenberg attempted to lick his face and grab his buttocks on multiple occasions.

In addition, the suit also stated that his supervisor, Mark Balter, regularly talked down to minority drivers and often made racist comments towards Rosas, who is Hispanic.

According to the New York Daily News, after a year of employment at the company, Rosas asked his superiors to stop the harassment.

Shortly after bringing up the issue, he was fired and arrested for allegedly stealing boxes of equipment from the company. The charges were subsequently dropped.

Rosas filed the sexual and racial harassment suit after he was fired in 2012. In 2013, the company filed a counter-suit, demanding $700 for the equipment they accused him of stealing.

Last week, a jury ruled in Rosas favor and shot down the company’s counter-suit.
