A truck driver was arrested and charged in federal court after making threats to assassinate President Donald Trump.

According to the unsealed criminal complaint, on October 12th and 13th, 33-year-old James Anthony Jackson used a masked number to call the Secret Service field office in Chicago, Illinois, and threaten to kill the president.

“Better watch Donald Trump a*s, ya b*tch. Ya’ll think someone playing with yo dumbasses, I am going to blow white brains out his f*cking head,” he reportedly said.

On October 18th, Jackson made another phone call, this time to the Secret Service field office in Detroit, Michigan.

“Why ya’ll messing with my wires? I’m going to blow Trump’s brains out,” he said in that phone call, according to the criminal complaint.

Authorities say Jackson “spoofed” his phone number, making it difficult to track the source of the calls.  Once they were able to determine the actual phone number used, they traced the cell phone to a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company called James Jackson Profit Group LLC.

Jackson was arrested in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, this week and arraiged in Spokane, Washington, where he remains in custody.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in federal prison.
