What’s more important, losing the cops or relieving yourself of last night’s dinner that’s ready for departure after a cup of coffee? One truck driver in Duluth, Minn, might have picked the wrong answer.

The driver of a dump truck refused to stop for an inspection which is what caused the high speed chase with the troopers in the first place.

He took the troopers down Lavaque Road but eventually stopped to use a portable potty in a gravel pit.

Troopers called the man on his cellphone and were able to arrest him after he left the porta-potty.

State Patrol spokesman, Sgt. Neil Dickenson, stated, “Charges will be pending against the driver. And yes, he was arrested after he came out of a porta-potty.”
