
A tractor trailer overturned on Interstate 10 in Lake Charles, Lousiana, on Thursday morning, blocking multiple lanes of traffic.
It happened around 10:00 a.m., on the westbound lanes of I-10 near the Shattuck Street exit (31B).
Police said wet roads were a factor in the crash. It’s unclear if there were any injuries.

“When driving in rainy weather, motorists are reminded to reduce their speed and to allow additional space between their vehicle and other vehicles,” Sgt. James Anderson said.
“Additionally, Louisiana state law requires motorists to turn on their lights when driving in rain or fog.”
