A semi truck broke through a highway guardrail, fell down an embankment, and landed on top of a concrete truck on Monday morning.
The incident occurred on Interstate 35E in Denton, Texas, near McCormick St.
The crash closed the service road for hours, in order for crews to remove the vehicles and clean up a diesel spill.
Officials did not say what caused the truck driver to lose control. The drivers were transported to the Denton Regional Medical Center, the severity of their injuries have not been released.
An investigation is underway.
