19-year-old Frankie Jackson was found guilty yesterday in a Tulsa courtroom for 2013 murder of semi truck driver Robert Horton.
Horton was robbed and murdered by three 17-year-old teenagers back in 2013, as he was unloading his semi truck outside a Papa John’s restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jackson will be sentenced later this month, where he faces up to life in prison for the murder conviction.
According to newson6.com, one of the other teens involved in the murder, Jermain Savory, was already convicted and is currently in prison. The third teen, Damian Anderson, is due in court next week.
Sgt. Dave Walker told reporters the driver was “Just trying to make a living and he ends up on the short end of a robbery attempt that goes horribly wrong.”
Now they’ll be living in jail for (potentially) the rest of their lives.
