On Wednesday in Bainbridge, Georgia, a truck hauling 42,035 pounds of liquid dye caused a huge mess when it overturned.
Bainbridge Public Safety reported that the driver was hauling eleven 275 gallon containers of water-based colorant dye in a semi-truck owned by 4Trucking, LLC.
Liquid dye spilled across the scene.
According to WCTV, officials reported that around 6 p.m., the driver lost control of the truck and overturned, causing the dye to spill onto the highway and median of the bypass near the Shotwell Street exit.
Police were able to block sewer drains to contain the spilled dye. The driver was not injured in the accident.
