A semi truck overturned on Monday, spilling its load of Budweiser all over a Brooklyn, New York highway.
According to NY Daily News, the crash happened around 4 a.m. while a truck driver was headed east on the Gowanus Expressway near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway exit.
The driver lost control, and the semi truck flipped.
Hundreds of beer cans littered the roadway.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and took the unidentified truck driver to a hospital to treat injuries. Officials report that the trucker’s condition is stable.
The incident closed the eastbound lanes, causing traffic delays.
Drivers were asked to find alternate routes while cleanup was underway.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
