A truck hauling live turkeys overturned on I-94 early Monday morning in Minnesota.
The driver was heading east towards Dalton, making a delivery from the Jennie-O Turkey facility in Pelican Rapids to a processing plant in Melrose, when he lost control of his truck due to the snowy conditions.

Fortunately, the driver was unharmed. Unfortunately, the turkeys weren’t so lucky.

State patrol arrived on the scene to pull the rig out of the ditch. Some turkeys were killed in the crash. It looks like Thanksgiving might be a little late this year.
