A semi truck got stuck under a sign in the Horshoe Cincinnati Casino in Ohio on Sunday evening.

According to Cincinnati.com, “the large metal sign, labeled with a clearance height of 10 feet, 6 inches, was torn completely out of the concrete supports on one side.”

A casino spokeswoman, Gayane Makaryan, said it “It was just an unfortunate mistake.”

No one was injured and the crash did not effect casino operations.

This happened on the same day a woman snapped this video in Nebraska, showing a semi truck striking a 11’6″ overpass.

The lesson?  Pay attention to height clearances, it’s not a good reason to end up in the news.
