A fire that started on a semi truck spread to a Home Depot store, forcing employees and customers to evacuate.
It happened on Wednesday evening, around 10:20 p.m., in Mountain View, California.
The fire spread from the trailer to the Home Depot building while the truck was backed into the loading dock. Several propane tanks located in the rear of the building exploded due to the flames.
The San Diego Union-Tribute reported that “fire sprinklers in the store went off and helped contain the flames.” It took nearly 30 minutes, and more than 50 firefighters, to extinguish the flames.
No one was injured in the blaze.
The cause of the fire is not yet known and is still under investigation.
