Earlier this month, we reported on a suspected arson incident that left seven semi trucks destroyed by fire. It happened around 3 a.m. on July 31st in Brooklyn, New York. Notably, five out of the seven trucks burned were owned by TTS Trucking.

A woman told reporters that she saw a man get out of a truck, approach a semi truck and break a window. Then she saw an explosion.

The witness described the man as “short, I’d say 5’7”, 5’9”; kind of chubby. He had on all black; a black hoodie.” She added that, “It was not random at all. Someone wants to close these trailers down.”

Police have now released security footage of a man who they believe to be the suspect in question.

Police say that the suspect in the video started the fires by lighting flares.
