
Police are searching for the driver of a semi truck that was found partially submerged in the Brays Bayou in Houston on Friday morning.
A motorist spotted the truck in the bayou near Telephone Road and Wheeler, around 5 a.m, local KHOU.com reported.
The truck’s lights were on and the driver’s side door was open, but police weren’t able to locate the driver.

They are currently looking for the driver of the truck, and trying to determine if the driver was inside when it went into the Bayou.
Police also noted that it’s common for stolen vehicles to be ditched in bayous around Houston, however there is no confirmation that the truck was reported stolen.
Houston Police and Fire Department are working to remove the truck from the Bayou.
An investigation is underway.
