
Police are investigating a collision between a semi truck and gas station in Lexington, South Carolina.
On Wednesday, January 25th, a tractor trailer struck a pillar and knocked down a metal awning at the Quick Stop gas station on 1202 W Main St around 8:30 a.m. The awning collapsed on top of an SUV that was getting gas at one of the pumps.
Cpl. Cameron Mortenson of the Lexington Police Department confirmed that there were no injuries. Police have not commented on the cause of the crash.
