Multiple semi trucks were struck by large, heavy objects thrown from Interstate 85 overpasses in Vance County, North Carolina, local police say.

Since Sunday, four trucks had their windshield’s shattered while traveling between Henderson and Middleburg.

Jeff Boyer, who works at a nearby repair shop, said the damage to the trucks were severe.

“There was glass clear back into his sleeper. It filled the cab,” he said about one truck.

No suspects have been identified, but Boyer believes that kids may be behind the attacks.

“Kids and stuff (are) up to it again, throwing things off the underpass. Several years ago it was cinder blocks,” he added.

According to ABC-11, no injuries have been reported.

Police are urging drivers to approach the overpasses in the area with caution, especially after dark.
