A bridge on Highway 370 in Missouri was shut down this afternoon, due to a tractor trailer crash.
The crash occurred around 12:40 in the afternoon, and caused the cab of the truck to hang over the Discovery Bridge’s eastbound wall.
According to Fox-2 News, the driver of the truck climbed out of the hanging cab and pulled himself onto the bridge. Miraculously, he was not injured.
All eastbound lanes were shutdown for roughly three hours. One lane was reopened around 4:00 p.m.
Update (7:45pm):
A second lane on eastbound Highway 370 has been opened for traffic.
