
A tractor trailer loaded with cheese overturned on a Massachusetts highway early Thursday morning.
The incident happened on the southbound Interstate 93 exit ramp at Exit 10 in Milton, Massachusetts, around 1 a.m.
According to police reports, the truck took down power lines and damaged several guard rails in the accident. The southbound exit ramp was shutdown because of the crash, and is expected to be closed for most of the day.

The driver of the truck, 42-year-old Eri Pleitez, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after blowing a .11 on a breathalyzer. He told officers that he had consumed 6 beers at a birthday party around 10:30 p.m., less than three hours before the crash.
Pleitez told police that the crash happened when a black pickup truck cut him off on the highway.

38,000 pounds of cheese had to be unloaded and moved into another trailer before the truck could be removed from the scene.
Pleitez was arraigned on Thursday morning and charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a vehicle and a marked lanes violation. His bail was set at $2,500 cash. No one was injured in the crash.
