A busy highway ramp in Dallas, Texas, was temporarily closed on Tuesday due to a collision between a car and a tractor-trailer.
It happened on the northbound I-45 ramp to Woodall Rodgers, around 3:15 p.m.
The truck caught fire in the crash, but the driver was able to escape without injury. The car driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

WFAA-8 reported that the car “collided with the semi truck,” but there are no no other details on how it happened.
The ramp remained closed after the truck was removed in order for crews to clean a diesel spill.
Update (5:35 p.m.): The ramp has reopened.
