Some would believe that being a professional athlete is a dream a job. Now that he’s retired however, one former pro has found what may have been his true calling.

Roy Williams, the former wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, retired from his football career after nine years of playing. In 2012, he retired at the age of 30 and spent a few weeks playing golf and video games with his kids. It was only 3 weeks of retirement until he got bored.

He started his own trucking company 2 years ago called RDUB, and business has done well. When he first started, he knew absolutely nothing about the trucking industry or oil. He now owns 14 vehicles pushing water.

Though his company is listed as having an involvement in the Texas oil industry through explorations, operations, and production of crude oil and natural gas, he still views the full time job as his “retirement”, making sure he has enough time with his family.
