Fatal Accident Involving Semi Truck Shuts Down Northbound I-75 in Ohio

Troy, Ohio (5/28/2014, 4:30 PM) — The Northbound I-75 in Troy, Ohio has been shut down due to a fatal collision between an SUV and a semi truck.

The driver of the SUV rear-ended the semi when it was stopped because of highway construction. Northbound traffic is currently being redirected to the Ohio 41. The highway will be shut down for several hours as crews clear the scene.

The female driver of the SUV died on the scene, the truck driver was not injured.
