A woman in Georgia was arrested after intentionally crashing into a truck that was hauling chickens.

The crash happened back on February 21st, on Georgia Highway 72 in Hull. The truck driver told officers that a red car struck the side of his rig, then reversed and hit his truck a second time. After the second hit, the car spun out on the highway before driving off.

The impact caused one of the car’s license plate to fall off, which police used to identify the owner of the car. When police showed up to her home, 26-year-old Judith M. Armstrong admitted that she purposely hit the truck.

“She was a vegan and hit the truck due to it being a chicken truck,” the Madison County Sheriff’s police report read.

According to The Athens Banner-Herald, Armstrong also told police that she fled the scene because she was afraid to lose her license.

Armstrong was arrested at her home last week and was charged with with obstruction, hit and run, aggressive driving and DUI.
