On Thursday morning, a semi truck caught fire in Norman, Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are currently responding to the scene of the incident on I-35 southbound.

According to KOCO, fire crews have extinguished the flames, and a hazmat crew is heading to the area to clean-up the damage.

ODOT officials expect the clean-up to take several hours. I-35 has been shut down, and traffic is expected to be affected into the evening.
