A semi truck knocked down a tree and struck a parked car in a Kwik Trip gas station on Friday and police say a white Labrador retriever was to blame.
The incident happened along Highway 169 in Mankato, Minnesota.
According to Mankato police, the dog knocked the idling Freightliner semi truck into gear while it was stopped at the Wilson Trailer Sales parking lot.
It then rolled across the lot, crossed a street, and jumped a curb before crashing into a tree and parked car at the Kwik Trip gas station.

A witness jumped into the cab and managed to put it into park after watching the rig knock down the tree. No one was injured.
“In my career I’ve not had an accident reported like this one,” said Mankato Police commander Daniel Schisel.
The truck has been placed out-of-service, however no citations were issued.
