Crash leaves car WEDGED under semi trailer, Pennsylvania firefighters say

Firefighters in Manheim Township, Pennsylvania, helped rescue a motorist following a crash that left them trapped in their car wedged under a semi truck’s trailer.

The crash happened on Monday, August 18, on southbound Route 222 in Manheim Township.

When crews arrived on scene, they found a car driver trapped and their vehicle lodged underneath a tractor trailer.

It took Manheim Township Firefighters approximately twenty minutes to extricate the motorist from the vehicle.

The motorist was then transferred to EMS for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
