Police say a semi truck’s brakes malfunctioned at an intersection on Friday afternoon, leading to an 8 car pile up that caused multiple injuries.
The accident happened on Friday, November 17th at approximately 1:00 p.m. in Churchill, Pennsylvania.
Police say the big rig took the William Penn Highway exit off of Interstate 376 and was traveling down a hill when its brakes failed. The semi truck then careened down the hill and crashed into a line of cars stopped at an intersection, leading to a pile up of at least 8 vehicles.
