A trucker was found dead inside his rig outside of a warehouse in Ohio late Monday night.
The deceased driver, Walter “Butch” Blueher, was discovered in the parking lot of Lineage Logistics at 1895 Airpark Drive in Springfield, Ohio at approximately 8:45 p.m. on November 13th.
According to a Facebook post by Blueher’s employer, Scott McDaniel from Scott’s Custom Colors in Terre Haute, Indiana, Blueher hadn’t been heard from since 11:50 p.m. on Sunday night, and had failed to pick up his next load at 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon
“We would like to let everyone know that Walter (Butch) Blueher was found deceased this evening by police,” wrote McDaniel.
“Please know that his passing was peaceful, and we would greatly appreciate if there would not be speculation and comments regarding his cause of death as it only further upsets his family and friends,” McDaniel’s post continued.
Clark County coroners are still investigating the cause of death, reports WHIO TV, but do not suspect foul play at this time.
