A 20-year-old man and two 14-year-old teenagers caused a four vehicle wreck and inured a truck driver after throwing concrete off an overpass on Interstate 20 in Leesville, South Carolina.

The concrete struck a semi truck on the highway below, shattering its windshield and injuring the truck driver. The impact lead to a four vehicle crash, which included a marked police cruiser, a pickup truck, and another semi truck.

According to the The Times and Democrat, 20-year-old Jesse Tucker, a Leesvile resident, was charged with two counts of attempted murder is being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.

Authorities say they’ll recommend that the two 14-year-olds be charged with the same crime in juvenile court.
