A truck driver is behind bars after pointing a gun at another trucker during a dispute at a Love’s Truck Stop on Thursday.

The incident happened on December 21st at approximately 4:00 p.m. in Gibson County, Indiana.

According to Wabash Valley News, the dispute between the two truckers began at the fuel island at the Love’s Truck Stop at 901 E. 1250 South. Eventually, the argument escalated until 46-year-old Douglas Arnold pulled out a hand gun and aimed it at the other, unidentified truck driver.

No one was injured in the incident, but Arnold was taken into custody and placed in the Gibson County jail. He currently faces charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.

As of 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 22nd, Arnold remains in jail on $750 bond.
