Troopers say a truck driver pointed a revolver at an escort vehicle in a fit of road rage in Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
The incident occurred on September 12th at around 7:23 a.m. in Valley Township, Pennsylvania.
According to The Daily Item News, 23-year-old truck driver Mykhailo Horbach was traveling east on Interstate 80 with an escort vehicle leading him as he hauled an oversized load. Horbach claims that the escort driver, Nick Kissinger, began speeding up and slowing down as he drove in the lane to the left of the big rig and eventually “made an obscene gesture,” prompting Horbach to grab his Bear River revolver and point it at Kissinger as the two drove.
Horbach is now facing two counts of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. He has since been taken to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
