A portion of Interstate 20 in Louisiana was closed on Wednesday morning due to flooding.
The highway was closed in both directions between Exit 61 (Gibsland/Athens Exit) and Exit 55 (Ada/Taylor Exit) in Bienville Parish, around 10:30 a.m.
According to the Daily Journal, both the east and westbound lanes are covered in nearly a foot of water.
Flash flood warnings are in effect until Wednesday evening. There is no estimated time of reopening.
