Gallons of liquid chocolate were spilled across six lanes of traffic after the semi truck hauling it overturned on Wednesday morning.

The accident happened the morning of May 9th on the A2 motorway in Slupca, Poland.

According to Global News, no other vehicles were involved in the crash, but the unnamed driver did suffer a broken arm, and had to be transported to a local hospital.

Officials say that the chocolate began to cool and harden almost immediately, making cleanup a difficult task.

“The cooling chocolate is worse than snow [on the roadway],” said fire fighter Bogdan Kowalski.

The chocolate, which was blocking traffic in both directions, was cleared away with large amounts of hot water.
