Yellow paint was strewn across Interstate 75 in Florida on Sunday night after the semi truck hauling it swerved to avoid a dump truck, overturning the big rig.
The accident happened on March 25th in Gibsonton, Florida at approximately 11:00 p.m., but cleanup has continued into Monday afternoon.
According to TBO News, a semi truck, two dump trucks, and a street sweeper were all traveling south on Interstate 75 when, for unknown reasons, the tractor trailer lost control. The truck driver then swerved onto the shoulder to avoid colliding with a dump truck, but instead ran into a crash cushion being hauled by the truck. The force of the impact then sent the semi veering across the roadway and into a trailer being hauled by the second dump truck, forcing the second dump truck into the back of the street sweeper.

The accident then caused the tractor trailer to overturn, spilling a large amount of yellow paint and diesel fuel across I-75.
The 41-year-old truck driver, Travis Earl Blue, suffered only minor injuries, and was cited for careless driving. No other injuries have been reported.
Crews spent hours clearing the paint and other debris from the roadway and as of 12:50 p.m., I-75 southbound was still congested with several lanes closed.
Officials are advising drivers to use Highways 301 or 41 as alternate routes until the mess can be cleared.
