It seems that no matter what laws are made, distracted drivers will always be on the road. The problem is — as technology advances and your life is more wrapped around the internet, the temptation to glance at the phone increases. What one driver was caught doing, however, takes things to a whole new level.
A cyclist managed to capture a driver on Queens Road in Aberdeen, Scotland, using his phone, laptop, and headphones, at the same time.
Thankfully, the cyclist’s helmet camera provided enough evidence for this distracted driver to be caught and subsequently charged with distracted driving. He may have gotten off lucky, however, because attempted murder may have been a better charge.
