After finishing a long day hauling cars, truck driver Jamarcus Applewhite heard a loud noise coming from the back of his trailer. His first though was that he popped a tire. Turns out, instead of losing one, he got four more — on top of his trailer.
When he pulled over to the shoulder of the Bishop Ford Expressway in Illinois to see what happened, he noticed a pick up truck sitting on top of his trailer. Police are unsure if the pick up driver was a dare devil at heart, was speeding, or lost control of his truck because of road conditions; as the investigation is still underway.
Thankfully no one suffered any major injuries. Applewhite had only been hauling cars for 13 months when it occurred, leaving this rookie driver with a story that even that even the veteran drivers haven’t seen before.
